Refund/Exchange Policy

 

We appreciate your business. Although we want you to like your purchase, if anything fails to serve you well, do let us know. We’ll try our best to help you out.

Product received in poor condition, the incorrect size, or the incorrect item:-

  1. You’ll receive a free exchange from us.
  2. If you get in touch with us within 48 hours, we’ll put in a pickup request.
  3. Our team will check the product after it is returned to us and will either give you store credits or mail you replacement products (WE DO NOT REFUND).

Eligibility criteria:-
1) The product should be in the right condition with tags intact.
2) You should have the invoice for the product.
3) We will not accept exchange requests after 48 hours.
